Reset HR is founded by two local HR professionals who have over 15 years' previous experience running a successful HR consultancy.
Emma is a chartered fellow member of the CIPD with over 20 years’ HR experience of working across a variety of industries that includes oil and gas, subsea and energy markets and higher education as well as private equity owned businesses. Emma has an extensive HR portfolio from dealing with everyday operational HR matters, to project related work and strategic HR activities such as; training & development, succession planning, job evaluation, IiP, HR software development and implementation, competency development and business planning.
An experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ working within the energy industry, Higher Education and private equity owned businesses, Gillian has experience in providing support and guidance on a wide range of operational HR issues such as absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases and job evaluation. In addition, Gillian has also been involved in a number of strategic change initiatives including restructuring, TUPE transfers, the harmonisation of terms and conditions and developing new policies and procedures.
